Employee and their Needs

          A common man always need an employment for survival of life. Expectations of both employee and employer are significantly differs. Employee do the works as what the employer ordered to them. Suppose a normal person for example go for a job, what are the things they expect 

           1. What will be the salary package?

           2. What is working hours?

           3. Availability of casual leave and medical leave systems

           4. How much will get for over time work?

           5. What is the increment and incentive pattern?

           6. How can we make demand to the employers?

          Majority of the employees need not thing about how much they improve if they work in a particular concern. If the salary package is lower than their expectation, they rather idle for long time than working. They simply waste the time without doing any work for a long period. If they use this availability of time for getting experience, after a particular period of time  they might have enough knowledge in that particular work. By using this work experience they will definitely fulfill their expectation. During their working period some of them have not been improved their skill with the availability of the sources. They would not thing what is their contribution to improve the concern and they would not help to bring out the concern to the next level.
